Hallmark's greeting card contest for this month is for caregivers or those who require caregivers. The standard $250 prize applies, and the deadline for submissions is November 17th.

Hallmark September greeting card contest

This month's Hallmark contest is themed "Cheer 'Em Up, Cheer 'Em On" and it focuses on encouragement cards. You can include illustrations or photographs, but all card submissions must be in by September 22nd.  As usual, the winner will receive $250, plus the opportunity to potentially win even more money.

Hallmark took August off from sponsoring a greeting card contest, but there will be another one for September.  This one will focus on encouragement cards.  Hallmark hasn't posted the specific guidelines yet, but once they do we'll post them here as well.

Hallmark Greeting Card Contest for July

July's theme for the Hallmark greeting card contest is "Friends, Family & Frosting."  The contest is for birthday cards only, and cards can be submitted through July 21st.  The contest winner will receive $250, plus the opportunity to earn more.

June Hallmark greeting card contest

Hallmark's greeting card contest for the month of June is centered around the theme of "Wedding Blisses & Baby Kisses."  They want card ideas to celebrate "a wedding, anniversary, or baby."  The deadline for submissions is June 16th, and the winner will receive $250, plus the opportunity to earn even more.

Hallmark Valentine Contest

Hallmark's contest for May is "My Quirky Valentine."  They want Valentine's Day cards that are "quirky" or "funny," and like always the winner will receive $250 plus the chance to earn more.  The deadline for card submissions is May 19th.

Hallmark "Celebrating Him" greeting card contest

Hallmark's greeting card contest this month is all about "Celebrating Him."  Submit a greeting card that celebrates a special guy and you could win the monthly prize of $250, plus the chance to win more.  The deadline for submissions is April 21st.

Hallmark "Celebrate Her" greeting card contest

Hallmark's contest for the month of March is all about women.  This month's greeting card contest is for "a card that celebrates a special woman on her birthday."  The regular prize of $250 (plus the chance to earn more) will be awarded to the winner.  The submission deadline is March 24th.

Hallmark Kids & Critters greeting card contest

For the month of February, Hallmark is seeking greeting cards that involve both a child and a pet.  The usual $250 prize (plus the opportunity to make more money) will be awarded to the winner, and the deadline for this contest is February 24th.

Hallmark contest: UNICEF & You

Hallmark's current contest, UNICEF & You, is for "a holiday card that focuses on peace, unity, and joy all over the world."  The submission deadline is January 27th, and the usual $250 prize goes to the winner (plus the opportunity to earn more).

Next Hallmark contest in January

Hallmark is taking a break from greeting card contests until the new year.  The next contest will open January 7th, 2013, and it will be for "a holiday card that focuses on peace, unity, and joy all over the world."  Stay tuned for more information.

Hallmark All About Pets Greeting Card Contest

This month's Hallmark greeting card contest is themed "All About Pets."  The company wants greeting cards with pet photos and original writing by October 21st.  The contest winner will receive $250, with the possibility of winning more money.

New Hallmark contest - Graduation Celebration

For September, Hallmark wants to see your graduation card ideas.  You'll need to have written copy as well as either a photo or illustration, and as usual you can win $250, plus the opportunity to win more.  The deadline for this contest is September 23rd.

Upcoming Hallmark contest

Hallmark doesn't currently have a greeting card contest going -- their book contest just ended and there won't be a contest for July.  But starting August 6th, they'll be having a contest for great Father's Day cards, so start thinking and writing now.  Once the contest opens, you'll be able to find details on the Hallmark contest website.  The contest will have Hallmark's standard $250 prize.

Hallmark "All About Teens" contest

Hallmark's April contest is titled "All About Teens" and it's currently underway.  Send in birthday and Valentine's Day card ideas aimed at teen recipients.  The standard $250 prize structure applies for this contest too, and the deadline for submissions is Earth Day, April 22nd.

March Hallmark Contest

This month's Hallmark contest is titled "A Very Tacky Christmas."  The company wants card submissions with a photograph showing a "less-than-picture-perfect" holiday.  You can enter up to three times, and the winners will be awarded $250 (with the chance to earn more).  The contest deadline is March 25th.

Hallmark Fuzzy, Frisky & Funny contest

Hallmark's contest this month is titled "Fuzzy, Frisky & Funny."  Send in greeting card ideas with pictures of your pet(s) on them, in one of three categories: humor, aging humor, and edgy humor.  The contest deadline is February 26th, and you can win $250 or more.

Hallmark's new online contest

Hallmark's monthly contest this month is titled ¡Qué Funny Birthday!  The contest is for birthday cards that "show a Latino style in their subject matter or language."  Winners can receive $250 or more, depending on how good your card does.  The three categories for submissions are "For Anyone," "For Him," and "For Her."  Have your cards submitted by January 29th to be considered.

New Hallmark contest coming up

Hallmark's next greeting card contest starts January 9th (next Monday), so it's time to start brainstorming.  The contest is for funny birthday cards with Latino inspiration.  The Latino style can come out in either the picture or the words, or both.

Hallmark's Watch What You Say Contest

Have a funny card idea that you think Hallmark would publish?  Enter it in their Watch What You Say Contest, between today and November 20th.  The winning card will be a "funny birthday card that can be sent to anyone," and you can enter up to three card ideas.  There's no fee to enter, but there is one catch: you can't use the words OLD, SPECIAL, or PARTY anywhere in the card.

Winning cards will be announced later in November.  Contest winners will receive $250, with the potential of earning $250 more.
