T-Shirt Hell used to pay a flat rate per shirt idea purchased. They have now switched over to a royalties-based structure instead. If your idea is selected, you'll receive a free shirt, and T-Shirt Hell will sell your shirt idea for a month to see how it goes. If the feedback is positive, you'll start receiving royalties on each shirt sold. If not, you get your idea back to sell elsewhere (and keep the free shirt).
