Fair & Bare sells "designer ethical threads."  View their current shirts here for an idea of what they're looking for -- some of the shirts are funny but others are just cool designs.  For accepted slogan ideas or shirt concepts, they pay £50 each, or for complete designs they pay £200.  This site looks like it's just getting started, so if you have some ideas they'll like, send them in.
