City of Douglas slogan contest

Residents of Douglas, Georgia can win a $100 cash prize by coming up with a new slogan for their city.  Each resident gets one entry, which should be either mailed in or emailed along with the form attached to the contest flyer.  All entries must be postmarked or submitted electronically by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on July 27th.  There is also a $100 bonus prize if the winning slogan has artwork to accompany it.
