Blue Mountain Arts 26th Biannual Poetry Card Contest

Blue Mountain Arts' Poetry Card Contest is underway, with the current deadline of June 30th.  The rules are not very restrictive, as long as you own the rights to your poem, and there is no entry fee.  Three prizes will be awarded, in the amounts of $300, $150, and $50.

SafetySmart slogan contest - ends Sept 30th

The current SafetySmart.com slogan contest closes in 5 days.  It has the standard $100 prize, and you can enter up to 6 times.  As always with this contest, be aware that all entries you submit, even if they don't win, become the property of the contest holder.

SafetySmart.com Slogan Contest - ends June 30th

SafetySmart.com is hosting another slogan contest for a safety slogan.  The slogan should relate to the cartoon depicted on the contest page.  Enter up to 6 slogans for a chance at the $100 prize.  Contest closes June 30th.  (Note that you have to give up rights to any slogan you submit, regardless of whether it wins or not.)

SafetySmart.com is hosting another safety slogan contest.  They have a cartoon posted on their website, and you have to come up with a caption to use with it.  The winner will be awarded $100.  All entries must be in by March 31st.  Each person can submit up to 6 slogans, but every slogan you submit (whether it wins or not) becomes the property of SafetySmart.com.

Comstock Cards - New Website & Name

Comstock Cards is now called Comstock Marketplace, and they have a whole new website.  The guidelines page is new, and so is the submission email address, but the pay rate ($50.00 per accepted idea, plus sample copies) is still the same.  Submissions can be made via mail or email.

Ephemera Caption Contest - new prize

Ephemera has launched another caption contest, but this one has a quickly-approaching deadline - February 6th.  The prize this time around has changed.  Instead of the $50 it was before, now the winner will receive a $75 gift certificate to the Ephemera online store.

Safety Smart Slogan Contest

SafetySmart.com Magazine's Spring 2014 Slogan Contest is currently open for submissions.  There is a workplace scenario pictured on the contest page, and the contest is for the best slogan/caption submitted for that picture that focuses on workplace safety.  The winner will receive $100, and the deadline to send your submissions in (up to 6 per person) is January 31st, 2014.
