Tales of the Freewayblogger second annual slogan contest

The Freewayblogger is hosting a slogan contest to come up with slogans to make people think about the environment and global warming.  These slogans will be used on highway overpasses so everybody driving by can see them.  Three prizes will be awarded -- $1000, $500, and $250.  The deadline for submissions is March 15th.

Hallmark Kids & Critters greeting card contest

For the month of February, Hallmark is seeking greeting cards that involve both a child and a pet.  The usual $250 prize (plus the opportunity to make more money) will be awarded to the winner, and the deadline for this contest is February 24th.
