Lexington Parks & Rec slogan contest

This slogan contest is sponsored by Lexington, Kentucky's Division of Parks and Recreation as well as their Tweens Coalition.  It's a local contest, for "a catchy slogan to help sell its expanded line of fresh, healthy food at local pools and other recreational facilities in the city."  Slogans can be submitted by mail or email, and the winner will receive $100, two Lexington pools season passes, and lunch with the mayor.  The deadline for this contest is March 31st.

New Ephemera caption contest

Ephemera has a new caption contest up on its Dry Heaves blog page.  The regular rules apply: you can enter as many captions as you can think of for the photo, and the winner gets $50 and a chance to have their caption used on a magnet.  The deadline this time around is March 7th.

Kalan looking for copy for jumbo Valentine's Day cards

Kalan is already looking ahead to next year.  They've posted a call for submissions on their Facebook page for super jumbo Valentine's Day cards.  Unlike other Kalan cards, submissions for the jumbo cards should be clean.

Hallmark Fuzzy, Frisky & Funny contest

Hallmark's contest this month is titled "Fuzzy, Frisky & Funny."  Send in greeting card ideas with pictures of your pet(s) on them, in one of three categories: humor, aging humor, and edgy humor.  The contest deadline is February 26th, and you can win $250 or more.
